A Library ( A growing book library of relevant books to help bereaved
parents, family and friends)

Sands support includes:
Sands National Helpline 020 7436 5881.
The Helpline offers confidential one-to-one telephone support. The Helpline
team are all experienced support workers.
They can listen, offer support and give information if you want it.
The Helpline is open: Mon–Fri ,1000 –1600. Outside these hours
there is an answer phone and you can leave message.
